Centrepoint identified the need to engage the services of an unbiased, independent CCTV consultant and invited SGW to undertake a detailed CCTV survey of fifteen homeless people's properties within the London region. Following the survey, SGW produced a detailed report highlighting the need to satisfy legal requirements with full recommendations. 

SGW was appointed by The Forum to complete a delapidation and upgrade report followed by a detailed design, specification and tender package. SGW managed the tender process evaluating tender following submission, helping to appoint the contractor and managing the project including full performance and witness testing.
