Sandwell Homes, an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO) awarded SGW the contract to assist them with the expansion of security throughout their social housing network. The £2.2 million project included a new centralised CCTV and concierge control centre monitoring more than 500 cameras throughout the 50+ high rise residential blocks.

SGW were appointed to undertake a concierge-controlled entry and CCTV viability survey and appraisal of existing systems across both low and high rise housing estates. The project included the preparation of tender documentation for the renewal and upgrade of the systems.

SGW was asked to provide Wolverhampton Homes with CCTV and concierge consultancy associated with the preparation of dilapidation reports of existing systems, feasibility report to centralise single site solution, outline and detailed systems designs, tender evaluation and project management.
