Supervision, performance monitoring and witnessing of a major project to install integrated site-wide security were elements of SGW's appointment by the soft services FM team responsible for the HM Treasury building in London.

SGW undertook a security review of the City Council's proposed scheme for Pilot House, which indicated works required to improve security and was followed by the production of an outline design, specification and budget costings.

SGW undertook a detailed security risk assessment and evaluation of current electronic and physical security measures. This was followed by the design of new security systems and the management of the project through to completion
