Milton Park Business Estate is a large business and technology based business park with over 250 organisations and 9000 people working out of premises across the estate.
The Assessment was to evaluate if any particular part of the development will make the building more susceptible to criminal activity. It also aimed to identify if any of the people connected with the site were likely to face an increased risk to personal safety as a result of working at or visiting the building.
